David graduated with a Masters in Design from UNSW, soon after graduating from his Bachelors of Graphic Design from Curtin University, Australia. He is also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and accredidited in Whole Brain Technology, Herrmann International. For nearly 20 years, David was the board of Director for various organisations and was engaged to assist in start-ups, mergers and expansions. As a highly experienced group creative director, he specializes in design related topics using innovative and out of the box delivery methods. Hailed as an engaging speaker, company directors, professors, scientists, lawyers, managers and students from Asia Pacific countries benefit from his self-created training programs on Creativity and The Whole Brain Preference.
Patrick is the Founder, Design & Managing Director of DPC Design Pte Ltd with head office in Singapore, offices in Beijing and Jakarta, and associates in Australia, Greater China, Malaysia and Thailand. DPC Design Pte Ltd was established since 1996. He is also a founding member of the Designers Association Singapore (established in 1985) and was President from 1996 to 1999. A qualified professional with a Masters of Design from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Patrick's creative career has been developed within the framework of Corporate Identity & Branding, Identity Standards Manual, Environmental Graphics & Signage, Brand Presence & Printed Graphics, Packaging Design & Brand Development. Patrick was conferred a Fellow of Designers Association Singapore (FDAS) in recognition for his distinguished years of professional design services to the industry and community.
Audrey Chong joined First Media Group as an Account Executive in 2003 and within a span of three years, she was tasked to take on a bigger role of managing the creative studios under the First Media Group. In 2007, she was appointed as Chief Executive. Having accumulated close to a decade of industry experiences working both as an account director as well as the managing editor, Audrey is attuned to the industry practices and market demands. As the Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for the overall strategic and tactical directions of the studios under the First Media Consulting Group. She holds a second class upper honours in Business Studies from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
A name synonymous with Singaporean fashion, Thomas Wee, dubbed the “King of the Jacket” for his precise suit tailoring, is known for his innovative designs and cutting techniques. Thomas is highly regarded as a fashion designer of rare talent and is known for his pattern making skills as well as for making perfectly tailored suits. Numerous Awards and accolades, his first being “Winner of the Premier Young Designer Contest” organized by Her World Magazine in 1978, stemmed from his outstanding talent, fervour and drive. Creating waves within the local fashion scene as well as overseas having showcased his collection in New York Fashion Week and in Paris, he took a huge step forward to open his very first Thomas Wee boutique in 1983. Business continued to strive, coupled with the opening of a series of fashion boutiques, carrying different lines ranging from career wear, under “Mixable” label, a high fashion line in Luxe boutique and even his very own Bridal wear in his “Made in Heaven” Bridal wear Boutique. At that same time from 1989 to 1994, he was constantly invited to represent Singapore in the Asian Designer shows at Singapore Fashion Connection. Fashion has always been in his blood. He still imparts his acquired knowledge and skills to the younger generation of fashion designers as a fashion consultant and lecturer. Recently, Thomas Wee was voted by CNN Power List as one of the 30 people who have shaped Singapore. |
